but not limited to; RESPA, Disclosures, Documentation, High Cost, etc
- Live and recorded webinars to cover compliance policies and procedures
- Human Resources Department
- Manage all benefit options for employees
- Support online hiring system
- Information Technology Department
- Offering support for, but not limited to; Branch Network, Client Machines, Printers/Scanners/Copiers,
Phone System, and Equipment Purchasing.
- 24/7 Help Desk Support
- Licensing Department
- Act as the liaison between branch offices, mortgage loan originators, state regulators
and National Mortgage Lending System
- Work closely with branch offices & mortgage loan originators to ensure all their
licensing requirements are completed and the appropriate state license application
is filed, obtained and renewed
- Work closely with branch managers, mortgage loan originators & Training Pro to ensure
the completion of their federal/state education and Fair Lending education is completed
within the required time line set by the company & state regulators
- Available to assist with the interpretation of state licensing laws and address
licensing questions by internal employees
- Secondary Department
- Work with the sales staff on loans that fall outside our program parameters
- Assist sales staff with locks, extensions and lock changes
- Provide advanced notification on pricing changes
- Production Support Team
- Production Support hotline that assists the production staff
- Assist branch managers in setting up Marketing Agreements with industry partners
- Assist branch managers in onboarding new personnel
- Assist new branches with the onboarding process
- Assign one of our full time LO recruiters to the branch to assist branch in recruiting
quality loan originators
- Business Development Team working with branches and originators in growing their
current/future business
- Continuing support of current and new branches
- Assist with training of new personnel
- Act as a liaison between our branches and corporate
- Training
- Gateway University, which is a 6 week training program offered to new LOs that takes
them through how to be an LO all the way through licensing
- Monthly web seminars to explain niche products, new programs, new technical roll-outs
and more annual and regional sales conferences
